4) Online Purchases and Delivery

Ordering through www.gtgripsocks.com is simple. You select the desired products and proceed to your shopping cart. The next step in the ordering process is entering your details, allowing us to send your products to the correct address. After that, you can choose your desired delivery method. You will then be directed to the payment page through your chosen payment method. Once you have completed the order, you will receive confirmation via the email address you provided. GT GRIP Socks will only deliver through this online store to costumers in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany. GT GRIP Socks reserves the right to refuse an order due to a serious breach by the Customer related to orders in which the Customer is involved.

Unless agreed otherwise or expressly stated otherwise, goods are delivered to the Customer's residence within 30 days of receiving the order.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an item or other deficiency in the delivery must be reported promptly by the Customer to GT GRIP Socks via email.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once they (or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods. However, the risk passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods, and this choice was not offered by GT GRIP Socks.

5) Retention of Ownership

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of GT GRIP Socks until full payment by the Customer.

6) Right of Withdrawal

The following terms apply exclusively to customers making online purchases from www.gtgripsocks.com in their capacity as consumers.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 calendar days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period ends 30 calendar days after the day the customer, or a third party designated by them (excluding the carrier), physically takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform GTGRIP Sokken, A. Pauwelslaan 53, 8370 Blankenberge, via an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing by post or email) of their decision to withdraw from the agreement.

The direct costs associated with returning the goods are the customer's responsibility. Hence, customers are required to cover the expenses related to the return.

Customers are urged to return items in their original condition and packaging, including all provided accessories and instructions. If a returned product has diminished in value due to the customer's use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality, [...] reserves the right to charge the customer for this depreciation.

All returned items undergo a thorough examination. The guiding principle is that customers may inspect items as they would in a physical store. While items may be tried on, they should not be used. Any depreciation in value resulting from the customer's use will be charged to the customer.

Upon withdrawal from the agreement, GT GRIP Socks will refund all payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 30 calendar days after being informed of the customer's decision. In sales agreements, GT GRIP Socks may delay the refund until the goods are returned or until the customer provides evidence of having returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the customer explicitly agrees otherwise. In any case, the customer will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

7) Warranty

Under the law of September 21, 2004, safeguarding consumers in the sale of consumer goods, consumers are entitled to statutory rights. These legal rights are effective from the date of delivery to the initial owner, and any commercial warranty does not undermine these rights.

To invoke the warranty, the Customer must provide proof of purchase, and it's recommended to retain the original packaging of the products.

For items bought online and delivered to the Customer's residence, the Customer should reach out to GT GRIP Socks customer service and arrange the return of the item at their own expense.

In the event of a defect, the Customer must promptly notify GT GRIP Socks. Regardless, any defect must be reported within one month of discovery. Beyond this period, the entitlement to repair or replacement expires.

The (commercial and/or legal) warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, negligence, falls, usage contrary to the intended purpose, failure to comply with usage instructions, washing guidelines, manual, adjustments or modifications, rough handling, inadequate maintenance, or any other abnormal or improper use.

8) User Input, Feedback, and Other Submissions

When you submit specific content, such as entries for contests, or voluntarily share creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether through online means, email, postal service, or any other method , you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to, at any time and without limitation, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and utilize these submissions in any medium.
